| You can pick up the phone 24/7 and contact our support line and we will do our best to try and get you back up and running as soon as possible. Please note this service is to be used only in severe cases of outages. |
For any questions that do not directly affect the running of your website (ie. content updates etc) please use our email support line by sending an email to support@corkwebdesign.net. We usually respond to emails within 4 hours. |
We also provide an on-site technical support service. This is charged at €70ph + VAT. Please note that there are extra charges for long-distances (Greater than 10 km). We will notify you of any extra charges prior to arranging the service call. |
